Why the Start Work Buttons aren't Active in My Dashboard?

Hello guys 👋,

Today, I navigate to the Start Work section just to do some work and get paid. But, though there are available lists of works to do, the Start Work buttons in all of these works are inactive. I'm new to this platform and I have no idea the reason behind.

Kindly help me resolve this issue.
